Wonderful cottage

Cute, funky and adorable living with four bedrooms (or 3 plus an office or utility room). Beautifully elevated, very private, warm and very sunny. Open plan living totally suits the style and the indoor-outdoor flow (to sound modern) is immaculate. The enclosed, covered patio is pure pleasure and relaxation and you will not want to leave. Without going on any further you really have to come and view to appreciate. Not overly expensive but a pleasure to own. Has electricity and gas (but not wind) does not know what a southerly is like.
